The first miss - Bún Mắm Đà Nẵng

Bún Mắm is a kind of special VietNamese noodle. Bún is noodle which made from rice, and Mắm (actually Mắm Nêm or Mắm Cái) is a kind of raw fish sauce (some foreigner wont able to eat this dish or raw fish sauce because of strong smell, but, i promise, you will get addicted when you can eat it).

This dish is so simple to make, but it required a sophistication in taste of sauce to be able to consider as a success Bún Mắm. That's the reason why there are so many Bún Mắm stores in Đà Nẵng, but, just 4 or 5 stores are well known and always crowed in their serving time.
As i said, people get addicted easily because of the raw fish sauce's smell and taste. Who have already addicted (just a strong expression for LOVE) absolutely will get wet in their mouth and really want to eat it, even though  they just felt FULL.
Finally, Bún Mắm is a perfect combination of Bún, Mắm, boiled pork, boiled young jack fruit, fermented pork roll, fresh vegetable (banana blossom, fishmint, mint leaf, lettuce....), special chilly sauce from central of Việt Nam, peanut, fried onion. And now, I miss it very bad:((......
